Mandala Art & Drawing Course For Adults (5 Classes, Starting 19-July)

“Mandala” is a Sanskrit word that means circle. Mandalas generally have one central point, from which emanates an array of symbols, shapes and forms.

But, the very nature of creating a mandala is therapeutic and symbolic.

The shapes and colours you create in your mandala art therapy will reflect your inner self at the time of creation. Your instinct and feeling should inspire and guide you through the process of creation. The process tends to enhance your focus and concentration so much that your mind attains ultimate calmness. Moving away from the negative voices, you tend to focus on your inner self and find a way to a peaceful mind.
